About the Role
They are seeking a driven Process Technologist to join their dynamic Technical / NPD (New Product Development) team. You’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between kitchen concepts and full-scale production — ensuring their products meet quality, safety, and commercial targets every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the scale-up of new and existing products from concept to launch.
- Lead factory trials, process validations, and line commissioning activities.
- Optimise manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPD, Operations, Quality, Engineering) to ensure smooth product launches.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, trial reports, and technical specifications.
- Ensure food safety, regulatory, and customer compliance at all stages.
What They’re Looking For
- Ideally a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a process development or manufacturing role within the food industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Passion for food and process innovation.
