Futures are looking to appoint a Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturer who operate within a niche corner of the market. As quality technician you will join a well established dedicated team ensuring products consistently meet the highest standards. You will perform detailed inspections of good in/in process and goods out, using CMM and visual inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspection of metal components using a variety of measuring equipment

• Conduct calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and devices

• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for accurate dimensional analysis

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Document and report inspection findings clearly and accurately

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality assurance processes

The ideal quality inspector:

• Proven experience in a quality role within a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Strong background in calibration, inspection, and CMM operation

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving

• Strong communication and documentation skills
