A national organisation in the telecoms industry is seeking a Telecommunications Programme Manager to join their growing business

You will be surrounded by a supportive and collaborative team environment and the opportunity to progress through a development programme is is on offer also. This role could also suit a Project Manager seeking to transition into Programme Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily the effectiveness of partners in relation to quality, cost, time, safety and performance. Track,benchmark,understand and improve performance.
  • Implement company Health & Safety standards to guarantee all stages of the build process are adhering to guidelines.
  • Master minimising impact to customers, effectively speed up the build process and manage costs responsibly.
  • Work alongside SeniorProject Managers to deliverTelecoms infrastructurenationwide.
  • Adhere to UK regulatory and Statutory standards whilstachieving performance targets, target business costs and outcomes.
  • Establish, own and continuously improve the strategies, systems, processes, controls and capabilities required to manage national build on behalf of the company and its Shareholders including all related forums, communications and governance control points.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge managing build projects within the wireless mobiles space while maintaining cost and quality targets.
  • Knowledge of the methodologies, processes and capabilities required to build network infrastructure or network deployment using partners, contractors and retained teams.
  • Experience gaining and maintaining resources while working with partners to deliver programmes of work.
  • Having used industry best practice into an organisation and using this to drive continuous improvement.
