We are looking to recruit a Strategic Land Manager to join our team based in the Yorkshire Region.  The main purpose of the Strategic Land Manager role is to identify and secure strategic land opportunities in Yorkshire to support the growth aspirations of the Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing and securing new strategic opportunities within the Yorkshire region
  • Project Management of new opportunities and keeping the landowners informed of progress to maintain relationships
  • Maintaining and nurturing a strong agent contact base
  • Monitoring the progression of the Miller Strategic portfolio through the system

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Commercially focussed and have a broad range of experience of planning and structuring strategic land opportunities.
  • A good understanding of the legal processes including: option agreements, promotional agreements, easements etc
  • Computer literate and excellent communication skills
  • Full driving license
