Albion Search are currently working with a national fit-outcontractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced business with some interesting fit out projects across retail, high street and supermarket chains.
The ideal candidate would have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with main contracting fit out experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost plans
- Manage all commercial costs
- Interim valuations & final accounts
- Legal & Contractual compliance
- Negotiation of main & subcontractor costs
- Subcontract variation and change management
- Subcontract final account settlement
- CVR reporting
- Procurement
The client is paying between 50k - 60k plus car allowance and additional benefits and have a fantastic commercial team to work with.
