We have been trading since 2015, being based in Wakefield since 2023.
We service the following markerts - Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field / food production. We have a GLAA licence, Sedex and REC members.
We are recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop new business and service our existing clients in the Northern areas ( North West, Yorkshire, North Lincs ) based from Wakefield.
Experience of working in the Driving or Industrial, Warehousing or Field Recruitment markets.
The ideal candidate would be an existing Recruitment Consultant / Senior with a hunger for sales and experience of the Recruitment Agency market.
Duties include but are not limited to:-
- Work with our current team
- identifying growth of the branch and division you are working in.
- building client relationships through service and sales
- making telephone calls to new and existing clients
- meeting clients
- setting charge rates
- ensuring the client experience with The Staffing Network is seamless.
- dedication to growing our client footprint in the Northern area
