Technical Compliance Officer

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Technical Compliance Officer to join a growing manufacturer of innovative products. If you are passionate about product standards, regulations and supporting technical teams, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

The role:

  • Lead product certification processes and ensure products meet regulatory requirements (CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, etc.)

  • Develop and maintain internal procedures to support ongoing compliance

  • Stay informed on legislative changes and communicate updates across the business

  • Provide advice, training and support to colleagues in various departments

  • Contribute to ESG initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a compliance, regulatory or technical role within a manufacturing or engineering environment

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex standards

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

  • Knowledge of product compliance frameworks desirable (but not essential)

  • Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives welcomed
