The Role

This position involves providing support to individuals with complex and challenging behaviours within both male and female wards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well being, and dignity of patients while promoting positive behaviour and independence.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 month's experience working as a Support Worker, including previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
