We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in the WF7 area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who benefit greatly from patience, empathy, and structured guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs

  • Assist with communication, sensory regulation, and personal development

  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to create a safe, positive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in supporting children or young adults with additional needs (preferred)

  • A positive and resilient attitude

  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
