This is a truly rewarding opportunity to support a small group of six children with complex SEND needs. Your experience, empathy, and enthusiasm will help shape their early learning journey in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing personalised support to children with a range of complex SEND needs in EYFS.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks (including nappy changing) in a respectful and dignified way.
  • Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages growth and independence.
  • Observing and recording progress and contributing to planning and review meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience supporting children with SEND, especially in Early Years.
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to learning and personal care.
  • Confidence in managing personal care needs with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
