Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a MIG Welder for a manufacturing business in Wakefield.
The position offers a pay rate between £15.50 and £16.50 per hour, with shifts from Monday to Friday during the day.
Key responsibilities include performing MIG welding on various metal components and interpreting engineering drawings.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of MIG welding experience.
A FLT License or overhead crane license is also required for this role.

Working Hours & Pay for the Welder

Shifts: Monday to Friday DaysHourly Rate: £15.50-£16.50

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components, ensuring high-quality and consistent welds
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions
Set up and operate welding equipment, including selecting appropriate settings for materials and thicknesses

Skills & Experience:

NVQ Level 3 In Welding and Fabrication or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience MIG welding
FLT License/ Over head crane license
