Are you passionate about inspiring young minds through Religious Education? A secondary school in Rotherham is seeking a dedicated RE Teacher to join their team immediately. This position will run until the end of this academic year with a potential for extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators to make a real impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons that explore a wide range of religious, ethical, and philosophical concepts.

Foster a respectful classroom atmosphere where students feel safe discussing sensitive topics and diverse worldviews.

Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit varying learning styles and abilities.

Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide targeted, constructive feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a teaching role or through relevant school placements.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not essential.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through Provide Education).
