Are you an organised, proactive Personal Assistant / Case Administrator who thrives in a busy, supportive environment? We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic opportunity that has arisen to join a respected organisation that provides specialist support in injury-related case management. You’ll play a vital role supporting a dynamic team of Case Managers—many of whom are based remotely—as well as providing direct PA-level support to senior leaders.

About the role

Title: Case Administrator / Personal Assistant

Salary: up to £29K per annum

Location: Wallasey

Role: Permanent, full time

Hours: Mon - Fri 9 -5pm

Benefits: 20 days holiday rising each year by 1 day plus BH, pension, cash plans, collaborative office, hybrid working after probation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of Case Managers working with injury-related claims.
  • Act as the main point of contact for incoming queries, correspondence, and scheduling requests.
  • Coordinate and manage diaries for the Director and Head of Department.
  • Assist in booking travel arrangements, meetings and any ad hoc duties for the Director and Head of Department.
  • Prepare and format reports, documentation, and client case notes with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with invoicing, case tracking, and ensuring compliance with internal systems and timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, clinicians, and legal representatives in a professional and confidential manner.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong administration or PA experience.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently to support remote teams and senior leaders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other case management or CRM systems.
