We’re currently looking for a reliable and proactive Administrator to join our team in Birkenhead. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation, who’s looking to develop a long-term career in administration.
Key Responsibilities:Handling incoming calls, emails, and post
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Booking appointments and coordinating diaries
Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Providing general admin support to colleagues and management
Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed
Filing, scanning, and document management
Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
