The School and Role

This large, two-form entry primary school in Wallasey are looking for a passionate and driven teacher to work in a Year 5 class on a full-time basis, covering maternity leave from May 2025 to May 2026.  The school were inspected by Ofsted prior to COVID-19 and were graded as 'Good' with outstanding areas.  They were praised particularly highly in their successful, whole-school approach to managing behaviour; and the children's progress from KS1 to the end of KS2.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
