Our client, a leading specialist in Mechanical & Electrical services, is looking to expand their team with a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has proven experience in M&E.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, valuations, and tender returns for M&E works

  • Support contract administration and procurement processes on M&E projects

  • Monitor project progress, variations, and financial performance related to M&E scopes

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors within the M&E sector

  • Use industry-standard software and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical quantity surveying (essential)

  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or studying towards one)

  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with M&E drawings, contracts, and procurement processes

  • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop within an M&E environment
