Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in L15 to recruit an ICT Teacher for a long-term role, Monday to Friday. This position, starting in December, is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about teaching ICT and helping young people achieve their full academic potential. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of being taken on permanently by the school.

Requirements

To be considered for the ICT Teacher position, the school have requested:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, OR relevant teaching experience in secondary ICT

  • Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 ICT / Computer Science

  • A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills

  • Confidence delivering engaging and accessible ICT lessons to pupils aged 11–16

  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a wider school team

  • Happy to undertake any in-house training provided
