As the Registered Manager, Children's Residential, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the children's residential home
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Leading and managing the staff team
- Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans
- Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions
- Setting up policies and procedures
- Implementing plans for all children
