Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their busy office. This is a 6-month, fixed term contract for 3 days per week (Mon & Friday must be included)
The role:
- Assisting in supporting the marketing team
- creating marketing and sales reports
- Supporting events
- Reception cover
- Database & website updating
The person:
- Excellent admin experience, ideally in a sales or marketing environment
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Flexible, positive attitude
