Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to work for a Company in Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Role: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire

Hours: Permanent - Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

  • Assisting with customer account changes (e.g. company name changes, novation agreements)
  • Working closely with the Business Services team on the contract termination process
  • Exporting and managing data from the operational system to the accounting system
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries
  • Providing general support to the Finance team as needed

About you:

  • Some experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive, proactive and eager to learn
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
