About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a mission-led tech team working to support environmental and literacy initiatives through innovation. You’ll act as the bridge between business goals and technical solutions—ensuring delivery of features that align with circular economy values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product backlog for one or more development teams
  • Gather, define, and prioritise stakeholder requirements
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between product vision and delivery
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support the delivery of scalable, sustainable digital solutions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Genuine interest in sustainability, the circular economy, and social impact
  • A self-motivated learner - you’ll be encouraged to dedicate time to personal growth
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential)

  • Agile certifications (e.g., CPSO or similar)
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture
  • Exposure to Cloud technologies (preferably AWS)
