- Leading the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to plan workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies

- Monitoring recruitment metrics and generating regular performance reports
- Ensuring compliance with employment law, internal policy and best practice
As Recruitment Manager, your experience will include:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally with team leadership or management exposure

- Confidence working directly with senior leadership and departmental heads
