About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Temporary Office Manager to support our client during a 6-week period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a strong background in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding of temporary or new staff if required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
