Pay Scale: 89.00-100.00 per day

We are looking for a dedicated HLTA to join a dedicated team at a primary school in Wallingford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children's learning and making a real difference in the classroom. The role of a HLTA will be to work closely with teachers, provide cover for lessons when needed, and support pupils in achieving their best.

As a HLTA, you will be expected to assist in planning and delivering lessons, work with small groups and 1:1, and contribute to the wider life of the school. The successful candidate will be experienced in classroom support and will be excited to bring their experience to a new classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting pupils who require extra assistance in the classroom
• Supporting the class teacher by taking children in small groups or 1:1 to assist with additional educational needs
• Balance supporting multiple pupils with differing needs and abilities
