Looking to get your foot in the door with a creative role where you'll be working on real-world projects, not just knocking out templated social media posts?We're hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to join a small but busy in-house creative team for a UK manufacturing company. They design and produce premium products sold nationwide - and this role sits at the heart of how their brand looks, feels and communicates.What you'll actually be doing:
  • Creating and amending technical documents like product sheets and installation guides
  • Designing engaging content for social media and advertising campaigns
  • Producing sleek line drawings and product imagery
  • Retouching photography to keep visual standards high
  • Contributing to animations and short video content
  • Updating content across the website and internal sales tools
What they're looking for:
  • Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • A good eye for layout, typography, and detail
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Organised, motivated, and not afraid to juggle a few plates at once
  • A genuine interest in learning, developing, and becoming a sharper designer
Nice-to-haves (but not essential):
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • 3D software knowledge (Keyshot, Blender, Aero)
  • Basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience with email campaigns or web design mockups
