Advance TRS is partnering with leading infrastructure organisations to deliver the next generation of electrical networks. We're looking for a talented HV ICP Design Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the UK's energy landscape.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing HV/LV connections (11kV-33kV) for new developments across commercial, industrial, residential, and renewable sectors.
  • Collaborating with Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), DNOs, and IDNOs to deliver compliant, cost-effective designs.
  • Supporting grid connection applications and ensuring all designs meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in network design, ideally within an ICP or DNO environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK wiring regulations, ENA standards, and design tools such as AutoCAD, ElectricalOM, or similar.
  • Passion for innovation in energy systems-EV infrastructure, renewable integration, and grid modernisation.
