The role of the Branch Manager – Steel Access Covers will involve:
- Branch Manager position, managing a branch selling a range steel access covers.
- Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales
- Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees
- Dealing with order values ranging from £50 - £20,000
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
- Managing the budget and allocation of funds
- Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel
- Network to improve the branch presence and reputation
The ideal applicant will be Branch Manager – Steel Access Covers with:
- Must have experience working as a Branch Manager within a builders merchant
- Proactive and positive individual
- Excellent communication skills written and verbally
- Good understanding of H&S practices
