ROLE: Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
SALARY: Up to 75,000+ Company Vehicle

DUTIES:
- Manage all aspects of sprinkler installation projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 & BSEN 9251 standards
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Produce and maintain QA documentation
- Monitor project programmes to ensure client expectations and targets are achieved
- Attend weekly progress meetings at head office
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Foster a collaborative working environment across project teams
THE CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience managing fire sprinkler installation projects
- Strong knowledge of sprinkler standards and codes (LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN 9251, BSEN 12845)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
- Experience in site surveys, client meetings, and installation oversight
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to liaise at all levels
- Competent computer skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence required
