ROLE: Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
SALARY: Up to 75,000+ Company Vehicle

DUTIES:

  • Manage all aspects of sprinkler installation projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 & BSEN 9251 standards
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Produce and maintain QA documentation
  • Monitor project programmes to ensure client expectations and targets are achieved
  • Attend weekly progress meetings at head office
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Foster a collaborative working environment across project teams

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience managing fire sprinkler installation projects
  • Strong knowledge of sprinkler standards and codes (LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN 9251, BSEN 12845)
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
  • Experience in site surveys, client meetings, and installation oversight
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to liaise at all levels
  • Competent computer skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving licence required
