Cladding Supervisor

Astute's Power team looking to recruit a Cladding Site Supervisor in the Energy from Waste sector a 12-18-month contract for a site in the West Midlands.

The Cladding Site Supervisor role comes with a day rate of 450.00.

Key skills

• Demonstrates leadership and commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and
  Quality (HSEQ).
• Ensures risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with
  regards to HSE requirements and that work is carried out in accordance with
  the RAMS.
• Manage and implement processes and tools within area of responsibility
• Ensure that works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance
  with the contract and conform with project time, budget and HSEQ requirements.
• Manage reporting site supervision and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
  of relevant scope, in the required quality and in a safe working ambient
• Take full ownership of Civil operations in the delegated Area / Section
• Keep records of all construction activities
• Ensure proper look ahead regarding design and other relevant drivers and interface with Contract Manager Civil on commercial issues to ensure proper transparency on site execution matters
• Elaborate and if necessary, revises the Civil Specialized Structure Schedules
• Hold execution meetings (Kick-off, weekly, monthly internal and external)
• Must ideally have a University degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Must have previous experience as Supervisor with either an EPC / Subcontractor Civil company in the Energy from Waste Sector
• Must have an SMSTS and CSCS/CCNSG or SCC
