A well-established electrical contractor based in the Staffordshire region is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who can oversee multiple commercial, retail and industrial electrical projects while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical contracts from initial enquiry through to final handover
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships
- Provide technical support, leadership, and guidance to site teams and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules, and costings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and H&S requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager (commercial, retail & industrial preferred)
- Strong technical background with relevant electrical qualifications
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Existing relationships with clients in the electrical or construction sectors is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence
