About the Role

Empowering Learning is supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Walsall to recruit a KS2 Class Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is a part-time, long-term KS2 Class Teacher position within a supportive and collaborative team. The role offers shared planning across the year group and the opportunity for the position to become permanent at the end of the academic year.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary schools

  • Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly KS2

  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, reflectiveness, and a willingness to engage in professional growth

  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
