- Manage contract administration and procurement processes for M&E works.
- Perform regular cost monitoring and reporting throughout project lifecycle.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and settlement of contractual claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&E quantity surveying.
- Utilize building information modelling (BIM) and 3D models to enhance accuracy and efficiency in quantity take-off.
- Experience within the EfW sector or similar industry highly beneficial.
- Must have worked extensively on M&E packages.
