Early Years Teaching Assistant - Walsall

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 121 Teaching Assistants to join our Aspire Team and work in one of our schools in Walsall. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment in their Early Years provision.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
* Help to manage behaviour in a positive and consistent way.
* Support the pupil's social and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (ideally in a school setting).
* Understanding of supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional needs.
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
* A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
