PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing and distribution company based in Walsall with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join for a 5-6 months interim contract.
This role can offer hybrid working of 3-4 days in the office per week
Description
The role of Interim HR Business Partner will be working as part of a small HR team, reporting to a HR Director, this is a varied and generalist role, supporting with both operational and strategic HR matters. The role will involve partnering with various Head Office functions within this manufacturing/distribution business
This will include but not limited to:
- Provide expert advise on all employee relations casework
- Coaching and mentoring line managers to deal with people matters
- Mentor and support development of junior members of staff in the HR team
- Deputise for the HR management/leadership where needed attending SLT meetings etc
- Support with recruitment and on-boarding
- Manage HR projects and initiatives
- Support the HR Director to embed the people strategy
Profile
Ideal candidates will have a proven HR generalist background and comfortable dealing with both operational and strategic matters.
Ideally you will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or 7
You will be able to start at short notice and commit to a 5-6 month interim assignment
