The Role

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor (minimum 4 years’ PQE) to join its dynamic team. You will manage your own caseload of high-quality matters, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• General corporate advisory work
• Business development and client relationship management

You’ll work under the guidance of a well-established Head of Department, with a realistic financial target of £150,000–£180,000 per annum.

About You

You will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with 5–6 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Have strong experience in handling M&A transactions independently
• Be proactive in business development and networking activities
• Thrive in a supportive team environment while taking initiative
