You’ll manage diaries, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a friendly, professional office.
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Drafting and typing legal documents and correspondence accurately and promptly
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and other professionals by telephone and email
  • Maintaining case files and managing document flow using a modern case management system
  • Prioritising multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines efficiently
What we’re looking for:
  • Computer literate with fast, accurate typing skills
  • Experienced in diary management and confident on the phone
  • Experience using a case management system would be beneficial
  • Confident communicator
