Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in Control Panels or Electrical Works looking to enter a role where you will have ability to fully influence the manufacturing process from conception to completion. The company have doubled headcount in the past year and have taken their turnover from 30 million to 43 million due to their sterling reputation in the industry by providing lean and efficient repeatable solutions to their clients. Their team is known for precision, technical capability and commitment to continuous improvement.

In this varied role, you will be taking enquiries from initial proposal and transforming these specifications into simplified manufacturing specifications that allow the build team to assemble the bespoke control systems and panels in accordance with client's specification. As the lead manufacturing engineer, you will be in charge of the entire manufacturing process to ensure the clients' requirements are repeatable to ensure long-term repeat business.

This varied role will suit a Manufacturing Engineer or similar looking to develop their skills in the fastest growing industry with a exponentially growing business who will progress you throughout the ranks and offer full product training.

The Role:

  • Creating and improving manufacturing processes of new and existing products
  • Exciting and varied work as a go-to expert
  • Monday to Thursday 8am-5:15pm, Friday 8am-12pm

  • Manufacturing Engineer or Electrical Background
  • Based in Walsall
