My Walsall based Distribution & Manufacturing client are looking for a Compliance & Operations Administrator to join their team. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity.

Duties include:-

  • Support with all HR departmental requirements
  • Assist with the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System.
  • Maintain and manage maintenance and compliance of the Health and Safety policy and procedures.
  • Assist with the maintenance and compliance of GDPR regulations and the company GDPR policy.
  • General facilities management.
  • Support with event management.
  • Attend and minute meetings as and when required.
  • Carry out all filing, general administration, diary management and general organisation relating to the duties of the Directors.
  • Support where needed in day to day or in holiday/absence situations.
  • Work with other departments of the Company to maximise harmony in working relationships and practices.
  • Strive to achieve all goals and targets.
  • Undertake required training.

Key Skills:-

  • Essential you have worked within a compliance role previously and understand ISO 9001 as a minimum
  • Excellent administration skills and the ability to pick up policies and procedures swiftly
  • If you have any HR administration experience this would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including MS Office suite and ability to pick up systems and processes swiftly
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
