My Walsall based Distribution & Manufacturing client are looking for a Compliance & Operations Administrator to join their team. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity.
Duties include:-
- Support with all HR departmental requirements
- Assist with the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System.
- Maintain and manage maintenance and compliance of the Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Assist with the maintenance and compliance of GDPR regulations and the company GDPR policy.
- General facilities management.
- Support with event management.
- Attend and minute meetings as and when required.
- Carry out all filing, general administration, diary management and general organisation relating to the duties of the Directors.
- Support where needed in day to day or in holiday/absence situations.
- Work with other departments of the Company to maximise harmony in working relationships and practices.
- Strive to achieve all goals and targets.
- Undertake required training.
Key Skills:-
- Essential you have worked within a compliance role previously and understand ISO 9001 as a minimum
- Excellent administration skills and the ability to pick up policies and procedures swiftly
- If you have any HR administration experience this would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including MS Office suite and ability to pick up systems and processes swiftly
- Excellent communication skills and team player
