Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy and wider marketing plan
  • Oversee the company website, keeping content fresh with blogs and case studies, making sure its updated and optimised, and working with the web developer to implement improvements
  • Manage the company's social media channels, using your digital nous to create engaging content, design eye-catching graphics, and spot opportunities to tap into relevant trends
  • Lead email marketing activity, generating emails that are worth opening up and sending them to targeted lists to get the most out of them
  • Use your creative eye to capture photos and videos to be used internally and externally
  • Drive traffic to the website and increase leads using clever SEO and PPC solutions, with the support of the Head of Marketing
  • Collaborate with PR agencies on the development of blogs, case studies, and press releases
  • Utilise Google Analytics, Hootsuite, WordPress, CRM and SEMrush to measure metrics and generate reports, using your findings to implement improvements

Marketing Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Marketing Executive, with a broad all-round skillset and passion for both traditional and digital marketing
  • Experienced in all areas of digital marketing, including content development, paid advertising, SEO, and social media management
  • A wordsmith and confident copywriter, able to create a range of content for different audiences
  • Analytically minded, enjoys gathering and analysing data to create reports and make improvements
  • IT literate, confident user of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and MS Office packages
  • Has a strong work ethic, is determined to get the job done and is the type to go above and beyond
  • Genuinely enjoys all things marketing and constantly keeps an eye out for new trends to use as an opportunity
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment, where people are valued, knowledge is shared, and progression comes as standard
