My client is a growing organisation who are looking for an Personal Assistant to support their CEO and will be a hybrid, 2 days from home role based in Walsall.
Description
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, both on-site and off-site.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.
Profile
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is advantageous.
