This nursery is a thriving and dynamic early years setting dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. They are passionate about creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to flourish.

They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, observing and assessing children's development, and maintaining accurate records. You will also play a key role in building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive team environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an early year setting, particularly with babies, toddlers, and preschool children.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
