We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join Aspire education. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and a commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons for students with SEN.

Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning and well-being.

Monitor and track student progress, providing regular reports.

Implement strategies to support students with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.

Create a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

Essential Criteria:

Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

Proven experience working in an SEN environment, with a strong understanding of SEN needs and strategies.

Knowledge of various SEN conditions, such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and more.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.

Desirable Criteria:

SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) qualification (or working towards).

Experience working with students across a range of age groups.

Additional training or qualifications related to SEN (e.g., Makaton, PECS, Autism Awareness).
