Salary: Up to £40,000 basic, OTE £55,000
A leading independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to take full ownership of a centralised property management operation across a growing multi-branch network.
This senior leadership role offers real autonomy, with responsibility for team development, compliance, process improvement, and delivering first-class service to landlords and tenants. With significant growth ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the property management team.
- Drive operational excellence and improve systems.
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and safety standards.
- Oversee portfolio growth and smooth integrations.
- Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
What’s on Offer:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary, OTE £55,000.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in residential property management (senior level).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation.
- ARLA qualified preferred (or extensive experience).
- Full UK driving licence.
