Head of Property Management

Salary: Up to £40,000 basic, OTE £55,000

A leading independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to take full ownership of a centralised property management operation across a growing multi-branch network.

This senior leadership role offers real autonomy, with responsibility for team development, compliance, process improvement, and delivering first-class service to landlords and tenants. With significant growth ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the property management team.
  • Drive operational excellence and improve systems.
