Job Title: Viewing Representative – Estate Agency
Location: Bloxwich
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Hours: 3 days per week (with potential to increase in future, if desired)
Are you confident, personable, and passionate about property? We’re looking for a Viewing Representative to join a well-established estate agency in Bloxwich. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to build a career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, providing a warm and professional experience.
- Answer basic questions about the property and highlight its key features.
- Gather and report feedback from viewings to the sales and lettings team.
- Ensure properties are presented at their best and secure before and after appointments.
- Support the office team with light administrative tasks when required.
- Represent the agency professionally at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with excellent communication skills.
- Well-organized with good time management. Presentable and professional in appearance and manner.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Previous customer-facing or property-related experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle required.
