Position: Principal Psychologist
Location: Walsall, Staffordshire
Salary: £58,000 - £68,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time | Fixed-Term Contract (9–12 months)

We’re looking for a Principal Psychologist to join a welcoming, purpose-built rehabilitation and recovery service in Walsall, Staffordshire. This is a small, community focused setting that supports both male and female living with complex and long-standing mental health conditions.

Responsibilities as a Principal Psychologist:
- Provide tailored therapy to individuals dealing with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties.
- Collaborate with a committed multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalised, recovery-focused care plans.
- Take a leading role in shaping and enhancing psychological services within the service, ensuring best practice and positive outcomes.
Requirements as a Principal Psychologist:
- Registration with the HCPC (or membership with another recognised professional body).
- A strong background in providing one-to-one therapy to individuals with varying emotional and psychological needs.
