Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: BloxwichSalary: £25,000 - £27,000, depending of experienceRealistic OTE: £35,000+Experience required: 1- 2 years experience doing the sales roleHours: Mon - Fri, 9am-5:15pm + every other Saturday 9am -1pm with day off in lieuWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our successful team in Bloxwich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for property and sales to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is an important position as career progression to valuer will happen within the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating Property Sales: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, negotiating between buyers and sellers to reach mutually satisfactory agreements.

  • Conducting and Organising Viewings: Schedule and carry out property viewings, ensuring each client receives a professional and positive experience.

  • Marketing: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns using a variety of platforms including online listings, social media, and print advertising.

  • Cross-Selling Additional Services: Pro-actively identify and promote additional services such as auctions, conveyancing, and property management to clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in property, estate agency, or a strong background in sales is preferred

  • Proven track record of achieving results in a target-driven environment

  • Outstanding customer service and client care skills

  • Positive, resilient, and well-organised with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email systems
