PageGroup are delighted to support a rapidly growing business based in Walsall with the appointment of a temporary Recruitment Advisor for circa 3 months.

This is a temporary project to support with a campaign to recruit for a large number of sales/customer services roles

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 4 days office and 1 home per week

Description

The role of Recruitment Advisor will work as part of a HR team, report to a HR Director and take responsibility for a project to recruit for a large number of Sales/Customer Services roles into this rapidly growing business.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Partner with hiring manager to establish the profile of roles require
  • Proactively source candidates from a variety of methods
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to coordinate interviews
  • Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for roles.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives.
  • Support a smooth onboarding process

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar role, essentially you will have previously recruited for Sales/Telesales/Customer Services/Contact Centre type roles

You will be available to start at short notice and commit to this 3 month assignment
