Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Recovery Practitioner for a non-profit provider, focusing on supporting individuals with Drug & Alcohol addiction.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the Substance Misuse field and possess the ability to identify positivity and develop potential in service users.
Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of 40-60 service users, providing screening, assessment, and recovery plans, as well as delivering one-to-one interventions.
Candidates must have experience in key working and care planning, along with an awareness of health issues related to substance misuse.
The pay rate is £16.59 per hour (exclusive of holiday pay) or £18.59 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), with a minimum requirement of experience in the field.

Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. As a Recovery Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.Key role and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner;

Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
Deliver One to One interventions

Minimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner;

Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
