Join Us as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
Do you have a caring nature and a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for kind, patient and dedicated people to join our specialist SEN school as a Teaching Assistant, supporting children in the primary age group.
You don’t need to have formal qualifications or years of classroom experience – what matters most is your character, empathy and willingness to learn. If you’ve worked in a care role, playgroup, youth setting or even supported a family member with additional needs, your skills are more valuable than you may realise.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs in their learning and daily routines

Building positive, nurturing relationships that help children feel safe and understood

Working closely with teachers and therapists to create the best possible environment for each child
