Receptionist/Administrator
Permanent role
Walsall – Office based role
Full time Monday to Friday 36.5 hours per week
8.45 am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays
Duties
- Maintain the Reception area
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Updating media channels on a monthly basis
- Incoming and outgoing postal duties
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Greeting visitors into the centre
- Admin duties, sending emails to external customers
- Data processing – assisting the compliance team with sending out letters and processing data and paperwork
Experience essential for this role
- Must have used word for windows and basic excel
- Must have worked in a role that involved answering calls
- Have excellent communication skills as members business clients attend the premises
- Have the right to work in the UK indefinitely with no restrictions
Salary and Benefits
- £23,200 to £26,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
- After 1 years’ service an additional 1 day given for time off on your birthday, an extra day is accrued each year for the next 4 years to a total of 30 days holiday
